Jolly Turtle House is featured with outstanding reviews on VRBO and AirBNB, but you’ll save on fees when you book directly through our website.

We accept credit/debit cards and ACH payments. Check payments can be arranged by contacting Derek directly at (308) 380-9800

BONUS: If you pay by ACH and help reduce our transaction fees, we’ll arrange a $100 gift certificate for you at one of our favorite Exuma restaurants.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

• Published rates below do not include Bahamas VAT of 10% and Departure Cleaning fee of $200. A refundable security deposit of $500 is charged with each booking.
• ​Minimum stay is three nights, except stays which include the following U.S. holidays where a 7 night minimum is required: President’s Day, Independence Day, and Thanksgiving and the weeks preceding and following Easter. Stays including Christmas Eve/Day have a 7 night minimum.
• The above minimum stays are not yet enforced by our booking system. Any bookings that do not meet the above minimums may (and likely will) be cancelled at the owner’s discretion.
• Certain times of the year, reservations are preferred to start or end on a Saturday or Sunday.
• To secure a booking, we require 50% of the rental rate at the time of a signed rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund of the deposit if reservations are canceled at least 60 days prior to your arrival date.

For holiday rate period, 100% refund of deposit if reservations are canceled at least 90 days prior to your arrival.
